Through the generous support of Adam Dell, the Shanti Bhavan cafeteria was recently dedicated in honor of Padma Lakshmi, a longtime Shanti Bhavan advocate.

September is Padma’s birthday month, and Shanti Bhavan students and staff were delighted to celebrate her birthday with a dedication ceremony in the Shanti Bhavan cafeteria.

Our Director of Operations, Ajit George, will be at the Austin Community College Fall Philosophy Forum on October 3rd. He’ll present Episode 1 of Daughters of Destiny and follow up with a Q&A from the audience. If you are in the Austin area, please join us and show your support for Shanti Bhavan! The event is free and open to the public.
