After years in the for-profit world, I was ready to channel my experience into work that changes lives. In 2025, I joined Shanti Bhavan, stepping into my first nonprofit role and a mission I deeply believe in.
Most recently, I ran my own consulting business for seven years, serving as a Director of Operations and fractional Chief Operating Officer for entrepreneurs, including two New York Times bestselling authors and an Emmy Award winner. I helped teams simplify operations, turn bold ideas into action, and lead marketing efforts that drove measurable growth.
Before that, I spent over a decade in real estate as a Director of Operations, managing high-stakes deals, building relationships, and solving complex problems under pressure. During that time, I helped raise over $18 million in capital and supported more than $2 billion in sales.
Now, as Operations Manager, I lead the North American team, supporting their growth and success as we advance Shanti Bhavan’s mission together. I am inspired by mentoring and empowering others, collaborating closely with our Chief Operating Officer, and contributing to work that transforms the lives of children and families.
I hold a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Florida Atlantic University and am certified as a Director of Operations. I am married with two kids and live in sunny South Florida (vacation capital), where we spend six months enjoying paradise and six months keeping an eye on hurricanes. I feel grateful for this new chapter and honored to contribute to work that touches lives far beyond our own.
