With nearly 25 years of experience in journalism education, I’ve transitioned into a purpose-driven role at Shanti Bhavan Children’s Project, where I serve as Senior Manager – Corporate Partnerships.
I hold a Commerce degree and a Master’s in Computer Management. Before joining Shanti Bhavan, I worked as a Senior Professor of Multimedia and Placement Officer at the Indian Institute of Journalism & New Media. There, I taught Digital Publishing, Digital Marketing, and Newspaper Production, while also guiding students through career planning and job placements—bridging the gap between academic training and industry readiness.
At Shanti Bhavan, I now leverage my media background, CSR knowledge, and social media expertise to lead fundraising efforts and corporate engagement, aligning my professional experience with a deeper sense of purpose.
