This emotional resonance inspired me to transition from a career in academia to purpose-driven development work.
At Shanti Bhavan, I lead the organization’s CSR engagement strategy, cultivating partnerships with corporations and overseeing individual fundraising initiatives. My role as Senior Manager – Corporate Partnerships & Operations allows me to align our mission with the philanthropic goals of our partners, creating meaningful and lasting change.
My academic background includes an MBA in Finance and Human Resources. Prior to joining Shanti Bhavan, I served as a professor at both the undergraduate and postgraduate levels, where I had the privilege of guiding and mentoring young minds—a passion that continues to fuel my work today.
